First Ride...

...with Petaloo!

Text taken from the Petaloo post Click here to read it all!

Back in December, my DH and I went to Mexico for two weeks. It was a dream come true. One I never thought I'd never get to live - but sometimes fortune smiles at you and we got to go for a fraction of the normal prize, so we spent the budget on trips and adventures.

Anyway. Back home, I can't stop fiddling with the photos, like this one, taken by Mikael while riding. It's out of focus and it's not technically perfect in any way, but emotionally? All the more so.

I used my Darjeelings and paired them up with a bunch of other Petaloo flowers for this one - and that pretty, script paper you see behind the corrugated cardboard? That's actually the packaging that I re-purposed.
See, Petaloo has a way of thinking of everything!

I've used:
Darjeeling Collection/Dahlia Mix
Darjeeling Collection/Poppy Mix
Darjeeling Collection/Anemone Mix
Darjeeling Collection/Burgundy Assortement
Glitter Critters/White+Light Blue
Canterbury Rose/Vanilla
Velvet & Lace/Buttercream
Berry Picks/Black
and, of course, the packaging from two of the Darjeeling Collections.

On a side note:
