Since I (reluctantly) moved here, little over a year ago, I have been thoroughly shown that sometimes good things come to you when you least expect it - and sometimes a "bad" thing happens for a very good reason. So many great things have happened to me, this year. I got the Inzpira-gig. I got the best colleagues and bosses a girl can ask for. I met new friends. I found hot yoga and was hooked. I purged tons of things that were just weighing me down. I tried new things.
I started all over, in many ways.
...and if I am lucky, there might be more new starts just around the corner.
More on that later, hopefully.
This Friday, I was invited for a crafty girl's night at my friend's place - and it was such a wonderfun (yes, wonderfun. I made that up, because I needed it to exist. ;)) evening/night! There was everything you could wish for: great personalities, lots of interesting histories, laughs, crafts (and a ton of REALLY yummy food... I really must get that recipe for artichoke dip, because it was diviiiine!) and I got to know some new people, toasted to free time, and managed to whip up 4½ layouts.
(I kind of shocked myself.)
Here's one of them - featuring another set of cute Rhodesian cats...:
Papers are from Nook kits - Carta Bella, mainly, and the banners on the side are made from Echo Paper papers (uh, that sounded weird, didn't it? ;))
